Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Withdrawal Period

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may, but are not required to, use the model withdrawal form provided below or on our website.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard shipping method) within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please ensure sufficient postage; returns sent carriage unpaid cannot be accepted.

For any loss in value, you will only be liable if such loss is due to unnecessary handling of the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., perfume bottles sealed in cellophane).
Product samples / discovery sets: once opened or used, these are excluded from return for hygiene and quality assurance reasons. If a sample is unsealed or used, the withdrawal right expires.
Pre-order items produced or sourced specifically for you, once production or procurement has started.
