Contract Withdrawal

Please use the following form to submit your contract withdrawal request. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by 2023/2673, § 356a BGB) you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Submitting this form has the same legal effect as a written notice of withdrawal. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email, including the contents of your notice and the exact date and time we received it.
