Accessibility Commitment

At New Niche, we are committed to ensuring accessibility for all our customers, including those with disabilities. This statement covers www.newniche.com and is issued in line with the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and its implementing regulation (BFSGV). (Please note: this is a translation of our German accessibility statement; in case of any differences, the German version is legally binding.)

This website includes an accessibility toolbar (bottom-left corner) that lets you adjust text size in steps, switch on a high-contrast mode, force underlined links, reduce motion, and enable a dyslexia-friendly font. Your choices are stored locally in your browser.

Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Honestly: we are currently at partial conformance — some parts of the site do not yet fully meet these requirements. We are continuously working to identify and fix remaining barriers (including contrast ratios, alt text, and keyboard operability). This statement will be updated as our conformance status changes.

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, German law gives you two further options: the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF) in Magdeburg (the supervisory authority for the BFSG), or the Schlichtungsstelle BGG, a free, out-of-court arbitration body at the Federal Government Commissioner for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities.
